Covid 19 Update
All summer classes are suspended.
All classes will start back as schools open in the fall.
1) No tuition is due when classes are not in session.
2) If you prepaid tuition, you have a credit that may be used when classes resume.
How to practice and stay up on your skills at home:
Work on the following:
Blocks can be practiced with one arm and then coordinated pulling the opposite arm back.
Practice straight punch in open stance
Practice stepping in front stance and punch
Punching can be practiced with one arm and then coordinated pulling the opposite arm back.
Also for toe strength and flexibility, pick things up with your toes
Yellow Belts up
The best way is to practice your Kata, the preset routines. Go to the “Kata” link on this website for help.
